This veil was a dream. Anna was so lovely and answered all my questions quickly. I purchased the twelve-foot chiffon veil and it was more than perfect for me. It cascaded so beautifully and was crafted carefully - it felt so regal.
Unable to have my hair professionally done (thanks, Hurricane Ida!), I was worried I couldn't wear the veil. However, I had one of my bridesmaids tie a small braid at the base of my head and the veil rested perfectly - didn't move all night.
I was blown away by Anna's kindness, honesty, and professionalism throughout my process of finding the right veil. I can't imagine a more perfect veil for this night.
I am so happy with this veil! I contacted the seller before ordering to ask if any different colors than what was originally listed were available and they immediately replied with photo examples of the options and described them in detail, helped me pick exactly what I wanted, and my order arrived before the expected ship date. Not only did the customer service exceed expectations and stand out from any other vendor I contacted, but I got my veil when it was on sale which was a huge help to me, and it is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Material is thicker than I expected, but it’s actually perfect since our ceremony is happening outside during winter. I like that it’s not completely see through like other materials. The comb is sturdy as well. Excited to wear it!
