Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Usually, all veils are made and shipped within 2 weeks after placing the order.

Gowns take 6-8 weeks to make.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide except sanctioned territories.

How much is the shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping!

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped with Canada post and are delivered with your local postal service. The packages do not require signature unless requested by the customer.

We ship from Ottawa, and the approximate timelines are:

  • Within Canada: 1-7 days (10-14 days for remote areas).
  • The US: 3-10 business days.
  • Europe: 3-14 business days depending on country.
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days.

How do I take care of the veil?

Tulle veils:

The veil is made of thin netting that stretches if pulled, please handle with care.

If the veil gets dirty, spot-wash it with warm water and soap or soft laundry detergent and let air-dry.

The veil was ironed before packaging but it might get wrinkled in the box. Steam the veil or iron at low to medium temperature, preferably through cotton fabric.

Chiffon veils:

If the veil gets dirty, spot-wash it with warm water and soap or soft laundry detergent and let air-dry.

Embellished veils:

If your veil has crystals on it, please do not iron it. Crystals are attached by hand with heat-activated glue. When you apply heat, it might re-activate the glue on rhinestones. To smooth the wrinkles, please use steam and do not let the veil touch another surface from the inner side.

How do I decide on the color of my veil?

Please do not hesitate to contact us with photos of your wedding dress to get the perfect match!

We have a swatch set with 6 standard colors (we can add extra colors to it by request).

We offer custom colors as well.

I want to recreate the veil I saw online, can you do it?

It depends on the veil but do not hesitate to contact us with photos and pictures of your inspiration and we'll do our best to help you!
