All standard veils are shipped within 2-3 weeks.

For custom orders, an estimate timeline is provided individually, usually within 2-8 weeks timeframe.

Delivery

Standard shipping is free for all countries.

All packages are shipped with tracking information. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 weeks of placing the order, please contact us at anzabridal@gmail.com

Canada & Worldwide: shipped with Canada post, delivery estimate 1-2 weeks depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs and fees that are collected by the destination country.

The US: shipped with Chit-Chats and delivered by USPS, delivery estimate 1-2 weeks depending on destination.

Important note for the US customers: as of May 2026, the packages are exempt from tariffs and the customer does not pay any extra duties on delivery. As the situation is constantly evolving, we keep monitoring it and will inform of any changes.
