We value our customers and inspect each item carefully before shipment. If you place a custom order, photos of the veil will be sent to you before shipment for your approval.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the item at anzabridal@gmail.com and we will find a resolution for you.
